Problems with Vista Mail on Talktalk

When I press Send/Recv about 80% of the time it fails to connect and times out. Internet Explorer is working fine so there's nothing wrong with the intenet connection. Anyone else having this problem with Vista Mail of Outlook Express?

Hi I use talk talk the mail has been problem since joining so I have down loaded Windows live and got an hot mail account its free,fast,more features,and more stable. I do not get any problems now.
Just google windows live and download.
Again it's free so it's worth a try bet you like it.
