Avoid John Lewis Broadband

I switched to John Lewis Broadband by using this site a couple of months ago, got the 'welcome' message on 18th September. I still don't have John Lewis broadband, they also won't tell me when I will get it. They seem incredibly rubbish & I'm now not even sure that they have a phone & broadband service, they shouldn't be linked on this site.
Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the bother. Here's their latest response from my last complaint, which they need me to phone them to remind them to chase something or other up apparently, rather than deciding to actually do it themselves, which isn't what you'd call great customer service when they're over 7 weeks late with absolutely no reason ever given for why they're late, pathetic.
Thanks for getting in touch. Please accept our apologies about the delay in getting back to you. I am afraid there is no update on the date for your broadband to go live. Please contact our provisioning team on 0800 432 0200 and we can chase our suppliers for an update on your broadband order. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch online at Contact Us or alternatively, you can get answers to most questions using our support pages by going to Help and Support where you can find helpful guides for most issues. Kind regards
