Question - a Subject access request was made to the parking firm over 6 months ago... no response. Is there an escalation point available? Assume a letter to the ICO? however a refusal notice was received for a restriction of data request from GS.
how many LBCs does one expect as another has been received... does one rinse and repeat?

PPCs only have 30 days to respond! You can complain to the ICO, which can be done on their website, no need for a letter. Are you sure you submitted your SAR to the correct DPO and the correct PPC? Did you attach a copy of your V5C or other proof of who you are?1

Thanks - yes the complaint was to the correct PPC and proofs were attached. One thing to note that they only had one contact point as their privacy page did not exist - as in there was a link but it just went back to the homepage...0

You could report that to the ICO as well. You are right that they only seem to have one e-mail address for everything.1

Update, the ICO ruled in the keepers favour and upheld the complaint... further more they provided a timeline of which the PPC still failed to meet as the PPC responded to the original request a couple of days ago...circa 12 months later...
I assume the options are to wait or take the offensive on these grounds3 -
wait for their next letter to arrive, either another LBC or a court claim from the CCBC in Northampton initiated by either PPS london or more likely their lawyers

I assume the options are to wait or take the offensive on these groundsPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Indeed, please be a little clearer!
If the ICO ordered them to do something, and they took too long to do so, then I would be shouting to the ICO again!2 -
That is correct, the response time provided by the ICO was breached, therefore the keeper is intending on taking this forward1

As expected another LBC arrived to the keeper similar to the previous one stated. Does the keeper wait for the next or take the same previous action? Given the current scenario with regards to the ICO1
