    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!

    7am Not claimed.

10am - Dyson Airwrap hair styler and £250 beauty voucher.
Thanks to the members that post competitions, especially the regulars :A
  • I do like the idea of cumulative entries but I would not intentionally enter a competition for driving lessons (I have a driving licence) or a Dyson Airwrap (my haircut is a number 1 all over).

I know that I would not have to accept any prize if I did not want to, but do they offer any kind of alternatives? Otherwise it just seems that there are potentially a lot of wasted or unwanted presents.

The Ts and Cs seem pretty straightforward "Our prizes are always non-transferable and (unless the competition is for a cash prize) cannot be exchanged for cash."
but then it goes on to say "We reserve the right to substitute prizes as part of the competition, offer alternative prizes where prizes promoted on air are unavailable, or to offer a cash equivalent at our discretion."

Does anybody know what they do?
Also (from previous years as I have not entered in the past), do the prizes generally improve or are they all pretty random?

    Thank you
  • How spooky. Just today I am in the process of returning a Dyson air wrap as for me it did nothing but leave a frizzy mess.

Alternatives - unlikely unless they need to - there are only 19 prizes on offer a week and several of them go unclaimed so there cannot really be lots of unwanted prizes won.

I don't believe they they have run this exact type of competition before. Value of the prizes could be random although some of the earlier ones have been a higher value than the more recent ones - This may have something to do with generating as many text entries as possible which high value early prizes would do followed by having the occasional high value one with mostly smaller ones.
