I have only ever been in february (usually go for daytona 500) and it does get very chilly at night then, is it the same at this time of year, I dont want to waste valuable case space with jackets if I dont need to! I fly out next tuesday, many thanks

Don't buy any ticket, under 3's are free and american kids are much bigger so you won't ever be asked for a ticket !0 -
We went Xmas 2000 and it was freezing, first time they had ice in 30 years. You can always buy warmer clothes if you need them. We've also been in Feb last year and needed jackets, especially at night but we wore t-shirts and jeans during the day. It was around 16-20 degrees during the day.
Reading about Seaworld.... we parked the buggy outside and put the rucksack on top of it. In the top of the bag there was one of the Shamu pots with some cookies in that the kids had not finished. When we got back the bag was partially open and just crumbs remained and an emty pot. It seems the squirrels are able to open those zips that meet together and nick stuff from your bags!! Especially food!! Made us laugh, I'd love to have seen them doing it though, cheeky so & so's!!0 -

I agree, if you are worried about getting caught then do Disney in the early part of the holiday and then maybe do Seaworld in the last couple of days and get him a ticket for that. That would be the cheapest option. Knowing kids they will want to tell everyone it is their birthday. Be sure to visit Guest Services just on Main Street and ask for a birthday badge for him. If you want to do this it might be worth buying a ticket for him on the day of his birthday as he is 3, it is around $40 for a day ticket I think but you will not need it before he turns 3 - and no-one ever asks or checks.0 -

i had such a barmy with someone over on teh Dibb about this. No need to buy a ticket at all. Really is your kid going to be able to do more because they are 3 rather that 2 and 11 months? Of course they are not.
Disney wont ask you or care.
I think its daft. I would charge kids by height. If they are tall enough to ride say the 42 inch rides then get thema ticket othrwise they are free.Self confessed Florida expertwith over 320 trips there!

We are considering doing a limo transfer to our hotel but are travelling with 2 small children (2yo and 3month old) who will obviously need car seats. From what I remember of my last limo experience there weren't seat belts to secure car seats with.
Does this mean that I can't do a limo transfer with young children or do they not need to be belted in when travelling in such cars?
I am hesitant about booking it if the car seats aren't used as it just doesn't seem right however it would be a fantastic start to the holiday.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated
Call my friends at Tiffany Town Cars (Martiza is running the palce) They will send alimo with boasters and car seats no problem. Been using them for years.
Off tomorrow - yippee!!!

I'm going to be in Florida for the last race of the season (Brazil), which means that it should be on at a sensible time in America. Normally I Sky + and watch when I get back, but as this is the last one of the season, and the season will be decided there, I'd like to watch it live. Anyone know where F1 is screened in say a pub in Florida? I definitely can't get it in my room.
Are you in a hotel?
It is on cable as I will be atching it
Also its on teh web at https://www.justin.tv as is all teh footy and tennis etc.
Failing that you can try the pub on the 192 (which is dreadful but will show it) or the ESPN bar or even Smokey Bones
