Who moves my Electricity meter?

I need to move it because it is in my bedroom next to my bed. It is about 18 inches from by ear when I am in bed. Since I had a smart meter it makes a racket day and night.
Yes, I have had the meter checked.
No, I can't move the bed as it is built in the bricks and mortar.

what sort of noise?0 -
Put in a cupboard or build a cupboard around it and insulate the sides top and door, otherwise it looks like a very expensive job.0

Who owns the electricity meter and who owns the gas meter?

So the meter and presumably the consumer unit and main intake fuse is next to your bed in your bedroom. Where do you want your meter moved to? Same room, different room/same floor, different floor? Do you live in a house or flat?
It's in a single storey attached to a two floors detached house and I want to move the meter outside.

Depending on what you want to do it will be expensive.
I got move moved to an outside meter box for a round £500. However for that I had to install the box and pipework ready for them to come and connect it up.
If the cut out need moving (the thing before the meter) that is the DNO's responsibility .And while it is probably the usual local DNO be aware that many new estates use a different DNO.
Technically the meter operator of your supplier should do the meter moving buit but most DNO's have been signed off to do it. However I doubt this still counts for smart meters as the setup is more complex. But your supplier may arrange a visit afterwards to get is fully working again.
Your DNO is unlikely to to the work of fitting an outside meter box so if you cannot you will need to hire a builder.
You will then need an electrician (and mayeb a builder) to do all the work after the meter. And you may as well change to a modern consunmer unit while doing it (they cost under £50 and refiting the old in a different place is not liekly to be allowed if that weas your plan (you did not say where the three things were and if you wanted them moving)).
If you are unable to do this and need people for every part then expect around £5K if you are in the north. Maybe double (or more ) down south.0
