BW Legal Letter of Claim Excel Parking

Hello I have received a Letter of Claim from BW Legal who are acting on behalf of Excel. The claim is for a number of outstanding parking charges dating back almost six years ago. So just to keep updated with this, BW Legal recently sent me a reply to my rebuttal / SAR and agreed to put the matter on hold and refer back to Excel. That was a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything since, although i expect the wheels will start turning again once they're back from the holidays!
