Ebay sent a message yesterday "seller sent postage label"
No the seller sent a message which said use "free postage" write not accepted on the original package and cover my address up and drop it into a post box.
Already informed them i dont have their original package, and now do not trust them to refund me without proof of return.
Am I missing where the returns label should be? Or have they not sent one?

The label is often hard to find, but if unsure phone ebay and ask, if ebay can't see it then explain seller is messing you around to try and avoid a refund. I won a case instantly earlier this year where seller was trying to be clever with the return, ebay decided they were messing around and trying to avoid the return and just refunded me immediately.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
