Gremlins are taking my Sons Credit !
Hi Everyone
I have just rung Vodafone - £30 has disapeared of my Sons phone ! I bought him a new one ( Early Xmas Pressy ) about 2 weeks ago - kept the same sim card and number, put £15 Credit on, when I rang it though I checked to make sure the credit had gone on , which it had, next day it had gone - thinking there was a problem with the card or phoneline and it hadn't gone through properly , and my Son needing some credit I put on another £15, and that went to :mad: I rang Vodafone and they said several lots of £2-50 had been taken - the guy tonight said there was nothing recorded and could see the very few calls and texts he had made, and couldn't work it out - he had reported it to billing so should hear soon - won't be putting on anymore credit till then. Anyone else had this prob ?????????? Growl ........ hopefully it will be sorted soon will be keeping a very close eye on it .

No thats what he ( The Vodafone chappy ) thought it was - but on checkin all in and out calls texts, nothing was coming up that is why he has passed it to billing - he quickley totted up what is should have been and it came to about £7-50 bit different to £30 !! hopefully I will hear soon, not putting on anymore credit till then, My son knows not to open anything dodgey, ( hes been told lol ) he only really uses it to let me know when hes on his way home, the first guy sugested it was premium rate rec'd texted but its been checked and there is nothing all blanks -
