    Hi

UK CPM are about to take over (from UKPC) parking enforcement at my residential development.

Is it possible to get a copy of the court transcript? I’ve been Googling but can’t find anything. The reason I ask is because I’m very interested in the judges reference to it not being reasonable to charge an existing tenant, my lease specifically states that any regulation amendments must be reasonable. Also, what is The case of Jopson, Noor and Parkinson?

    Thanks

There's no automatic transcript of a court hearing. It has to be purchased- and they don't come cheap £200+ (?).

Here are links to Jopson (038), Parkinson (040) and Noor (041).

Many regulars ensure their inbox stays full. We deal with 80 to 100 cases here a day, and some of the more experienced would soon get swamped if they left room.

Because everyone tries to do it. Hardly any regular has their InBox open.

agreed, it would be akin to theoretical suicide to have an open InBox because you would then receive unsolicited pm,s , none of which would be to your own advantage, everyone of them would be a MeToo issue expecting free help for no reward
