Last question please ! I Read newbies bit so I know to ignore DRP letters.
Also as they are obviously both past 21 day appeal stage - do I bother to still contact them (PPC) to say they had my old address or not ?0 -
Yes definitely.
Not an appeal, but email the parking firm's Data Protection Officer (see their PRIVACY webpage) and require them to rectify the address data and erase the old address, and to inform their pet debt collectors that they must do the same.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
