LPG price extremely high

Hello,
Can someone please help regarding LPG off the Grid prices?
We share an underground LPG tank with 20 houses (these are new build houses) and he have just received the price for the LPG and I think it is extremely high,
The rate is £1.4052 ppm3 (from flogas) + VAT
I think that works out at 13.32 (£0.1332) pence per Kwh
I’ve got a quote from Calor gas at 39.9 (£0.399) pence per litre, and I think that works out at 5.36 (£0.0536) pence per Kwh
Can some please check my figures and correct?
And does £1.4052 ppm3 + VAT sound extremely pricy
Scott.

Sounds ok to me, please bear in mind that this has to be transported by road and not piped direct to your house therefore there will be relevant costs associated and it is also refined from oil again cost intensive.0

We use bottled LPG and have seen a 16% increase in less than 5 weeks.0
