Just received an email from John Lewis where they state, "customer service staff are not fully trained on the full terms of the guarantee."
Surely shop floor staff who deal with customers fall under the remit of customer service? This explains why I was misinformed at the time of purchase.0 -
It seems you should have been enrolled with/been offered AppleCare+ (no idea if this costs extra/more than the JL Added Care plan). Hopefully you've kept copies of all the communications where JL admit poor customer service ... maybe post to their Facebook page / Twitter feed about this?0
