aarrrggghhhh! I am really frustrating myself now! I have been trying to scout for a while. Gone through the tutorial etc but it keeps telling me to update my profile .... which I have already done countless times

£0.05 per song, if you were fast you could do a song in 2 minutes, thats 30 songs an hour.

0.05 x 30 = 1.50

£1.50 an hour to start with, when you get to five stars it gets more interesting.

0.25 x 30 = 7.50

£7.50 an hour not bad. Ok you need to be on your A game but if you have a template ready and then fill in the gaps you can get through them in no time.

Quite interesting, i've now rated 103 songs and still on 1 star !!!!

What does everyone comment on in their reviews? I feel mine could get a bit too repetitve .

im the same im giving detailed reviews and still only on 1 star how do i get to 2?

I think sometimes staying on one star is to do with your accuarcy for example when you rate a band between 1 and 10 your accuracy is measured when they compare your rating to the average scout users, so if you rate something just 2 and the average scouts rate it a 6 then your accuracy rating isnt good, only when your rating matches the scout avergae does it allow you to move up, at least thats what i can gather from what i've read on the slice the pie forums

Oh and babes 21 i'm not too hot on music terms and i just write my reviews how i feel it, i heard a song that was terrible i wrote that it was the kind of song that wouldnt have been out of place on an 80's power ballad compilation and that in this day and age the song was outdated especially when a minute of the song was just a guitar solo that hurt my ears

Generally i will comment on what i think about about the song how the singers voice fitted the melody whether i liked the rythmn

There are some fab punk songs that i have heard and i write things like "i felt that this was a raucous uplifting rousing punk song that made me want to get up and throw my guitar into a wall

General stuff like that
