I always respond, and include at least one awkward question in my reply, it costs them money.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

@The Deep.
Sorry, I've tried looking everywhere but couldn't see why them claiming against the RK but not relying on the POFA is an issue. It looks like they are allowed to claim against the RK if the driver has not been identified by the RK, is this correct?
You said they have added an unlawful £60 fee, are solicitors not allowed to charge fees for taking over the debt?
Any advice is really appreciated.0 -
They've also just sent me a CCJ0

Accuracy is now a sine qua non, some judges get very uptight if you use the wrong terms.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hey, sorry this is the first time I've dealt with this so not sure on all the terminologies but I'm trying to get the hang of it, I've read up quite a bit through old cases and I go through all similar cases to mine.
It was Northampton Court that have issued the CCJ - is my next step to contact them to apply to set aside the CCJ?0 -
What is the heading on the document you have received from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?It was Northampton Court that have issued the CCJ - is my next step to contact them to apply to set aside the CCJ?
Does it really say Judgment for Claimant (in default) across the top?
Or does it perhaps say Claim Form at the top?0
