  • @Coupon-mad, Sorry, just saw your most recent reply. Got it and will wait for NCP to respond to my SAR. Thanks!

I always respond, and include at least one awkward question in my reply, it costs them money.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Thanks The Deep
  • @The Deep.

Sorry, I've tried looking everywhere but couldn't see why them claiming against the RK but not relying on the POFA is an issue. It looks like they are allowed to claim against the RK if the driver has not been identified by the RK, is this correct?

You said they have added an unlawful £60 fee, are solicitors not allowed to charge fees for taking over the debt?

    Any advice is really appreciated.

    Have they?

    Who are 'they'?

Or have the County Court Business Centre in Northampton sent you a Claim Form?

It is quite important now that you are a t the more meaningful stages, that you write clearly - both on this forum and to others involved.

Accuracy is now a sine qua non, some judges get very uptight if you use the wrong terms.

    No they haven't.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hey, sorry this is the first time I've dealt with this so not sure on all the terminologies but I'm trying to get the hang of it, I've read up quite a bit through old cases and I go through all similar cases to mine.

It was Northampton Court that have issued the CCJ - is my next step to contact them to apply to set aside the CCJ?

What is the heading on the document you have received from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?

Does it really say Judgment for Claimant (in default) across the top?

Or does it perhaps say Claim Form at the top?
