Aviation ADR - still a functioning company?

I obtained a successful determination against Ryanair in August 2018 after submitting a claim in January. It is clear however that Ryanair have no intention of complying with the term of this determination.

My problem is that since the date of judgment, Aviation ADR have refused to answer messages on the portal or pick up the phone. When someone does pick up the phone, they claim to be a receptionist who can only take a message for other staff.

Has anybody had a similar experience with this company? I would also welcome any tips on how I can hold them to account? (they don't seem to publish their complaints procedure and will not facilitate access to their office)

6th november i had a final response from them. They had upheld my complaint against Delta. Nothing since, i sent them a message via the portal 2 weeks ago trying to find what needed to happen next. Going to what this with interest now.

If ADR are not responding, you need to make a complaint to CAA and take matters into your own hands by sending Delta an NBA/LBA folowed by small claims court.
