hi TED use the link http://www.brother.co.uk/g3.cfm/s_page/77630
then ck where it say's register your product and claim your promotional gift here then enter code EM0002 then press next.
I've got it sussed now. Just confusing when on the link from the Brother site http://www.brother.co.uk/g3.cfm/s_page/87000 you get a less comprehensive selection of offers for the same machine
Those who are intending to use compatible cartridges may as well get the freebie.

  • Quick question: I want to take the 3 year warranty, is there any way that they will find out I've used compatible cartridges if something goes wrong? I used to have an epson printer & their cartridges had chips in.

By the way my dad has used the brother warranty before & he said they were brilliant, just sent out a new printer in a couple of days :)

Thank u very much for the post as i was looking for brother all in one. I ordered it(DCP-330C) on Friday and received it just now.

Can i install this printer on network? I have broadband at home and want to use this printer from my laptops and as well as my desktop.I am new to all these things.
Apparently it doesn't come with Cable. So could any one of you advise me where can i get Printer cable, Ink catridges, white paper and photo paper for cheap?

    Thanks once again.

  • 'Received my printer on Friday. Very fast turnaround! Shame it's pink but hey - you get enough to get you going such as sample tape and it's going on eBay anyway! :D:D

Ordered (Ryman) DCP330C on 12/11/07 , delivered following day .
also went through Quido and refund showed up . today I
receiver a free Brother P1000 labeller (pink), after using code EM0002

I had to ask if the printer was compatible with windows vista
and was told to download the software from their site.
did this with no hiccups, now very pleased with my purchase.
    my thanks to all
