But they wouldn't have found out from your post, because you said: " You need to be in the list of SOLD AT prices, but that list isn't displayed, you need to create it yourself."
Create it yourself? Rightmove displays sold prices for postcodes of houses it's advertising, so does Zoopla and there are other dedicated sites like Nethouseprices. You don't need to create these. They exist!

SO what do you do if you search your local area and it turns out nothing comparable has sold in last 2 years? Where we are looking to buy the only things that come up for sale are the houses too small to extend or have been extended so are too expensive. The average 3 bed terrance/semi just doesn't come up for sale as it costs too much to go up a size or if it does it's been massively extended and is no longer a normal 3 bed. Those who risk nothing, Do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothingMFW #63 £0/£5000

My house in South Wales went up for 235k beginning of September, we accepted 227k 2 weeks later. We have signed and contracts officially due to be exchanged tomorrow.
Last night we had a random knock on the door offering us £240k, they had viewed a few weeks ago but not in a position to proceed. Just shows it’s all about right place right time. Too late for us thoughMake £10 a day in May- £90/£1500 -
