Porting into and back out of PAYG

I have a T-Mobile sim-only contract. I want a T-Mobile Vario III phone. Unfortunately in order to get this, I need to take out a new contract and can't port from sim-only.

So I need to port to another network and back again.

I already have the PAC code.

If I port to Virgin PAYG, wait for the port to go through, would I be able to port back as soon as that happens? No waiting period?

Also, if I order a T-Mobile Vario III today, on a new contract, are there any time limits on the porting after getting a new contract?

I have done the same, As I wanted to port from 3 to 3 and I have just ported to virgin and hope to port it back to three after I get my new phone.

Does anybody know if there is a minimum period or spend before you can ask for a PAC from Virgin
