having problems with ISP virgin media..what

other company should we use. they have cut us off to cut a long story short we need to find another affordable provider. pay as you go along sounded also good as a temporary measure until we sort the issue out but am worried this is very slow. otherwise should we put a different provider on our other computer. any ideas appreciated. thanks in advance.

Virgin are the only company that can provide broadband down the cable network. If you want to change you will need a bt line at 10.50 a month and then you can add the provider you want. Shop around there are a load of deals on at the mo. You can pay your line rental to talk talk or similar & have bb included. Tiscali are pretty competitive.

per month incl. VAT is and says 5GB 0.85 pence how does this work? does it mean somehow if we download video or music or something you have to pay extra? and how do we know whether we are due to pay extra - before getting the bill? it looks like this company can be on a month by month basis. anyone knows for sure? anything else should bear in mind. link for info here:
