Coupon-mad
I have their subject access request form from their website but it states proof of identity is needed - photocopy of passport/driving licence/birth certificate, and also proof of address so a utility bill. Is that correct of them to ask that?! - not really keen on providing all that to the car park operator but will do so if it is legit. Sorry but I don't have experience in this data protection area hence the question."Email the parking firm's Data Protection Officer (their PRIVACY PAGE tells you their DPO contact) and ask for that word document which is about you/your car, to be emailed to you under the GDPR and your rights as a Subject Access Request.
Before you say it - yes I know you've seen it already. I am saying ask for that document to be emailed to you by the DPO. Obvious why...check the date it was created, from the metadata"0 -
No it is excessive. Say so when completing the form, and say you will report them to the ICO if they refuse to deal with your concern or delay replying due to the matter of ID, when they already know who you are and hold more than sufficient information to identify you as a data subject connected to that car, not only from the DVLA keeper records but also because you are the party who went through IAS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Admin have kindly re-opened this thread for me as BW Legal have restarted communication 5 and a half years later. I had an LOC in 2018 which I responded to continually, advising why I denied. I had a one-off letter in 2020 about help paying debts during covid. And now another LOC in July 2023
I've tried to access Napier Parking website to get their DPO details to submit an SAR (as I didn't do this last time in the end) but their website doesn't seem to be working. Can I get that through this site somehow?
I've also asked IAS for a copy of my last appeal in 2018 as it isn't showing on my account anymore
Anymore advice appreciated0 -

How close are you to the 6 year point? From the PCN date. This is important. Time it perfectly:
