It's NOT the 1st one on this list, you want the 3rd one:

I say it again: you are complaining about how they are handling your data (not a nuisance phone call complaint, it isn't that simple).

Are we about to see a government dept supporting scammers ?

My reply to the ICO would be......

Whilst I accept that BWLegal can make contact on behalf of their client, I have expressly told them to deal with me in writing only and to cease phone contact.

BWLegal continue to harass me by phone. My question must be, do the ICO approve of harassment ? This is a simple YES or NO answer
