Ryanair legal entity / address for court claim - NOT a flight delay claim

Hi all. REALLY difficult to find out who to make claim against. It looks like it might be Ryanair Holdings PLC but just checking in case anyone can advise please.
It's to do with them overcharging me for a ticket change I booked through their website and subsequently altered within the 24 hour period allowed. Their charge clearly breaches their own terms and conditions and they are just fobbing me off, so I'm going to issue a money claim/irish equivalent depending on what I find out.
Thanks for any help. I won against Easyjet many years ago, here's hoping I can add Ryanair to the list ;-)

Thanks. I thought I'd read that Holdings had bought out DAC but maybe not. Looking at paragraph no. 7 here: https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/corporate/terms-of-use it says "It is a condition precedent to the use of the Ryanair website, including access to information relating to flight details, costs, etc., that any such party submits to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland and to the application of the law in that jurisdiction, including any party accessing such information or facilities on their own behalf or on behalf of others" which seems to indicate they will only accept actions in the Irish courts? I was pretty sure I'd read somewhere that you can take action against the UK Stansted-based version of the company.
I'm sure they make it deliberately difficult to pin them down!0 -
