Energy Ombudsman and 'Company Remedy'

I made a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman about Together Energy, apart from their now widely known abysmal service I calculated from my meter readings that they owe me around £77 when I left and I have never received the final bill (I only got 2 out of 5 bills altogether - the missing bills just happen to be when they hiked monthly DD fee within my 12 months fixed price contract without good reason), so far they have either ignored my complaints or made false promises to sort it and then fail to.

So I now have a 'remedy' offered through the ombudsman, a £35 goodwill gesture and another promise of a final bill.

I think its another porky to try shut me up; I would expect to just get £35 by next year if I agree. Have others found similar vague 'remedy' offers to come to nothing? I'm thinking I will decline and get ombudsman to investigate further.

I have a week to give my decision...
