The only "vitally important" information is in your contract.0

You seem to have made your mind up to the extent nothing we say will make an impression. I suggest you now pay for and take legal advice. You might even be able to tell them you're only willing to listen to the answers you want.
The short of it is your handset used data, it needs to be paid for. End of. I'm out.0 -

I'm more than happy to take advice, especially when accurate, however I think some of you might want to reflect on your delivery.0 -

Really? It doesn't look thus. No-one on here has said anything which could possibly be construed as anything by helpful and (more important) sound advice. What it does look like, however, is that you don't like the world as it is and prefer to keep ignoring it.0 -

This is getting slightly off-topic but I think calling someone foolish can certainly be construed as unhelpful. I can also state categorically that the information contained in the contract is not the only information which is relevant. I'm sure the latter piece of information was well-intentioned however it's simply wrong.0 -

I'm not sure which piece of information you're referring to, but your belief that the information contained in the contract isn't the only relevant information is clearly incorrect - at least as far as your legal position is concerned.0
