HI
I recieved a PCN in the post on the 3rd October. I was parked on a road on the 19th Sept that apparently was private but no signs up on the side of the road I was parked.
I appealed using CPM appeal process online on the 13th Oct. As I hadn't heard anything for 32 days (over their 28 day reply) I called CPM and was told that yes they could see I had appealed but that there computer system went down 12-14th October so no appeals were logged. Could I please put in an appeal again.
Not sure what to do.
Also how do I find the NEWBIES thread??

Look for the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum. The page that lists all the thread titles
Don't ring them again!
#2 in the FAQ gives you a template appeal to use
You are dealing with an IPC company
Read up in the FAQ on IPC appeals and what to expect from them
After sending the initial appeal you go into ignore mode
Ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence
If it comes to this then come back at that time for advice on how to defend this0
