Have you been paid the money (minus the £2k excess)? If so, was it on the basis of a full and final settlement? If it was then you can’t go back for more.

If you have motor legal protection then it is worth contacting them and seeing if they can get a letter before action sent to the car park company giving them 14 days to cough up or small claims action will be taken.
If you don't have legal cover then you need to do the same and see what happens, possibly resulting in needing to take your own court proceedings.
As an alternative, a bit of a bashing on social media such as outing them on their twitter feed may provoke a response.0
