Or are BW Legal actually solicitors? They confuse me as they behave like debt collectors!0
-
Ahhh, I was thrown by your use of the term 'debt collector'.
Yes of course you can, and should, send that letter to the solicitor for the Claimant.0 -
What happens if BW legal dont respond to advise they have received my letter to put the LBC on hold as I have requested?0

So after requesting the SAR I received a response advising:
"Britannia Parking have amended their processes in line with current BPA guidelines, furthermore on review of the Parking Charge Notice I can confirm we have decided to no longer continue with our legal case.
We have instructed BW Legal to close the claim."
Would have been nice after harassing me for two years they had reviewed before passing onto BW Legal a month ago!!
Oh and my incorrect registration input? The last part I entered "TUWP" insted of "TUP" a mere additional W from fat finger syndrome during a hail storm!!!
Oh and my email address appears to have had two letters of my name transposed on the appeal (giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe that was me and my damn fat fingers again?), hence the reason I never received my response, however that would have bounced back and again could have easily been rectified or posted. Also weirdly the appeal says "note :Driver was selected option"
Interestingly the SAR also included a re-issued PCN for £15 that wasn't amongst the 11 letters I received. That PCN advises they had written to the DVLA who had given my details as the registered keeper. Well I am not, and neither was i the driver so they must have just made an assumption, but I filled the appeal form before finding this forum and maybe there wasn't an option for passenger!!!
Thank you so much everyone who gave advise!!0
