Vodafone - Overdue Bill
I've been with Vodafone for a few years now, and recently due to illness i had to leave my job, which in turn meant i had to sign on for benefits and pay for bills etc that way.
My mobile bill became overdue because i could not afford to pay it as I had other bills which were more important, and the told me they would not reduce the contract because there was an amount owed on it.
the bill itself was for 2 phones at £40 each a month. and it has now built up to £655, the phones are still in contract, and i cant afford to lose one of the mobile numbers.
Is there anyway i can get them to reduce this, as i've been paying £80 a month for 2 mobiles which i've had no service from, and made no calls from as they have blocked it, yet they are charging for a tariff with unlimited texts and 500 mins etc.
I cant pay for it on credit card etc, as i have bad credit.
If anyone can help with advice etc, i'd be very greatful!
Thanks!
Dave
