I am 100% sure i didn't use family and friends so i am covered and have been through 5 weeks of the dispute, in the time I did all that was asked and seller did not reply to anything they PayPal sent him.
PayPal gave me the address to send back too and i did write correctly they have proof of that.
As to proof, i added Recorded delivery tracking number to case as soon as item was sent back.
Then when item was returned i was asked to send proof of postage so i scanned Royal mail tracking receipt and sent that I also scanned the parcel that was returned to me showing same tracking details and a royal mail sticker saying Address Unknown and sent them that.
I then checked the royal mail postcode checker and the place is real but the house number PayPal gave me is not showing.

You did all that and didn't read my post.
*always ring Paypal and give the evidence and they will then give you a way to provide it to them from email/attachments.

You need to be proactive, or you need to accept you have lost. Up to you.

I am not sure by what you mean "I then checked the royal mail postcode checker and the place is real but the house number PayPal gave me is not showing." .....not showing where? The place is real?

As an aside and for completeness, Recorded Delivery doesn't exist and even when it did, it is not a tracked method of delivery. The replacement (of some years) is Signed For, that isn't a tracked method of delivery either.

Just don't buy from Facebook, it's full of scams

This is the most important post in this thread. Who in their right mind sends hundreds of £ to a complete stranger on Facebook? Wait, don't answer that....

I have already rang them 3 times (not helpful at all) and i mail them every, in the paypal internal mail you can send items. i have resent all proof of postage and pics of returned parcel.

Yesterday I resent item but this time i used Royal Mail Special delivery so tracing right though its journey is shown.

If you put a street and postcode in the royal mail postcode tracker it shows all the house numbers in that postcode area but the number they gave me is missing, so the street and postcode are correct but the house number isn't there, they say number is 133 but is shows 129, 130 , 132 then 134, 135 , 136..... if that makes sense

Again this is odd as the post offices I use can't print special delivery post if the address is not valid.

I'm surprised you sent it back though before following theonlywayisup's excellent post.

Post office let me post it and tracking says unable to deliver will send back to sender.but it has tracked parcel all the way so hopefully that will be ok.

I feel I gave done all that was asked in that post.
I have rang them , sent proof of postage sent copys of emails showing address they said send to, I have sent a complaint adding copys of all evidence , asked for a review of case. I have on going in PayPal messages where I mail them each day, I can't be any more proactive .

You may have already rung them 3 times, but did you explicitly outline as per my post above? Emailing them is NOT the correct way to add to a case, you need to ring, quote the relevant part of their seller protection and ask for a link to upload to the case

Why oh why have you resent an item to an undeliverable address?

    I'm out.

Good news after showing PayPal the delivery info from special delivery and quoting 13.6a and 13.6b from the Buyer Protection (Thanks to theonlywayisup) PayPal paid me the £320 back :)
