I’m in a bit of an odd situation and was wondering what my best course of action should be. I switched from npower back in June 2017. I received all the paperwork confirming the switch was successful and began being charged by my new energy supplier. However, I only recently noticed that npower continued to take payments…

Having dealt with Npower and been informed of other horror stories I would settle for getting your money back firstly. Then try for any compensation. Best of luck.
