Thank you for the good wishes, I certainly hope that we find something soon as we've wasted the best part of a year on this property (long boring story). Luckily our solicitor was really nice and charged us a lot less than I think she should have.

I'm sorry that you went through such difficulties with your own property, though.

I am still laughing about the phone call. My husband just cannot get over the cheek of them.
