My Deal Extreme order arrived today! 4 out of 5 items came, with the 5th item reportedly on its way.

I'm pretty happy with it, so far. I got a really cheap MP4 player. It works, but it's, um, pretty obviously very cheap. I don't like the headphones that came with it, and I think that rather than buying another pair through them I'll get something at Asda. There is a pair that came recommended - longer cord, swapable silicone ear pieces - but I'd rather not wait. Anyway, I'm happy with the order.

It seems like they're slowly getting on top of their order problems. I think the problem was they started to sell a iPhone knock-off. It was incredibly popular and they got lots and lots of orders, and then there were problems with it. They stopped selling them until they can sort that out. Then, I think they've become more and more well-known and they have been overwhelmed.

They're trying to hire staff to get things back to normal. Overall, I have a good feeling about them as vendors: they try to do a good job selling really cheap Chinese crap. They don't manufacture the stuff, so if it's crap then you have to realize that you get what you pay for.

Part of the Dealextreme order arrived yesterday. Some of it is to follow apparantly but I've no idea what as I've forgotton what I ordered! Most of it looks good except the packaging looks cheap and Chinese

I was refunded for one item that had sold out and that took 5 days to reach my account. - very quick and very impressive

I ordered on 21st and the majority of my parcel arrived on 28th, with the rest arriving the day after on 29th.

I don't think a week's delivery is too bad for this time of year.

Just to update its arrived this afternoon and it looks good from what i have unpacked. morgan ladies jumper paid 6.99 for has a tag with £64.99 on it :O suded photo frame and book paid a £1 for is really gorgoeus pictures do not do it justice. I will probably buy form them again

I've been looking for stocking fillers on Deal Extreme, but I'm finding the site difficult to navigate without a clear idea of what I want in mind... Wondered if anyone had found any particularly good deals on DE to inspire me with? I'm just looking for bits and pieces that will actually fit inside a stocking, rather than any big presents. :beer:
