I think the two links in Alice's post at #4 plus the comments made on this thread really should give you enough information to work with.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME

    PIP RENEWAL FORM 2019
    :(

    Oh dear.

    a) Ring now for an extension
    b) Read this thread and follow the links @4
    c) As a last resort:
If an AR1 form - for the activities you scored points for at the last assessment - tick no change / harder as appropriate, and write in the box "My mental health [or insert your health conditions] have not improved since my last assessment. I am still unable to do this activity reliably and to an acceptable standard." (If this is the case)
Post it asap with a note explaining why your poor mental health / health conditions caused you to delay getting help / completing it sooner / completing it in a thorough fashion. Enclose copies of any supporting medical documentation.

I agree with Alice Holt: hopefully you phoned up to explain you were yet to send off the form. If you haven't phoned today then you should really phone first thing Monday morning. Also there is an unofficial 7 days grace where the form can be received a little bit late without it normally affecting your PIP. However it is unofficial so can't be relied on but in practice it is usually the case. Hwoever you will need to get the PIP form off on Monday unless you can get an extension as it can take up to a week for the form to arrive at the Wolvehampton sorting office and then for it to be scanned onto the computer system (hence why there is that 7 days grace period).
  • Could you send it by special delivery (cost around £6-7) on Saturday morning? It should be delivered before 1pm on Monday, and you can track it online. I realise that it won't be scanned in by then, but at least it will be delivered on time and you will have proof.
  • How did all of you get on with these reviews? Any of you get another f2f? Ames, you typed it up how did you set this out? Thanks

Ames hasn't posted since December 2018 so is unlikely to see your post. The thread starter (ev8) is still around so hopefully will see your post.

Are you undergoing a PIP review? If so and you want to type up your answers as Ames did then use a separate sheet of paper for your answer to each PIP activity (Daily Living and Mobility) that you want to answer in greater detail than the form allows. You can use the headings that are on the PIP form to help guide your answers. Type them up on the sheet and then type the answer below each heading. You would need to have access to a printer as you would need to print off all of the separate sheets you completed. You would also need to number each sheet you are attaching and refer to the relevant sheet number on the relevant part of the PIP form.
