Honestly OP, your attitude stinks. You've been given some good advice in this thread which you're choosing to ignore and instead give people rude replies in response. I'd suggest re-reading the entire thread as I can't see anything here that's false.

I won't bother giving too much advice just to have my head snapped off but the only thing I will add is this, them threatening you doesn't remove their potential claim on you, despite how much you believe it does.
