Hi all, I'm looking for a bit of advice. Oct 28th I took out a new contract with O2 and had a new phone - Huawei P20 Lite in pink. I don't know what the insurance premium is you're paying but you've just paid £75 excess on a £220 phone, you can get the screen replaced for £120 maximum (presuming there's no other damage).

I'm sorry it didn't last very long but perhaps it's a lesson for future purchases?

At least you've still got a phone even if it isn't pink.
