Now please send this to the DVLA and IPC in a FORMAL COMPLAINT - significant breach of the IPC Code of Practice:Update it has now been confirmed that the management company/landowner do not and have never had an enforcement company contracted to patrol the contravention site where the ticket was given!
You could submit a costs schedule to see if your Judge will grant it, but don't be surprised if you are asked to fill in a formal N244 application and pay £100 fee, that you would also add to those costs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My evidence had not even been submitted yet, the claim had been discontinued 7 days after receiving the court date!
Is there a template complaint that I should send to the DVLA and IPC? Also is there a good example of a costs schedule I send to the Judge, and is this sent via post?0 -
No template complaints. Deliberately so, Resolver is terrible.
Write a complaint from the heart, in your own style and with the facts attached.
