It doesn't say NTK on there anywhere and has the ANPR pics on there
That's unusual, but just appeal it anyway.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn.
Since your PCN is a vague template, I require all photos taken, a clear image of the signage and an explanation of the allegation (e.g. if you have identified a wrong VRN input at a machine, say so, and explain why your Data Protection Officer has not simply rectified it, rather than trying to punish a driver for a matter where there is nothing to deter).
I will be making a formal complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner and to my MP, appraising all parties of the debate where Parliament agreed: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists...should not have to put up with this''. Firms of your ilk were unanimously condemned as operating an 'outrageous scam' (Hansard 2.2.18). The BPA & IPC were heavily criticised; hardly surprising for an industry where so-called AOS members admit to letting victims 'futilely go through the motions' of appeal and that 'we make it up most of the time' (BBC Watchdog).
Formal note:
Should you later pursue this charge by way of litigation, note that service of any legal documents by email is expressly disallowed and you are not entitled to assume that the data in this dispute/appeal remains the current address for service.
Yours faithfully,

Like I said, there is only one appeal template in the NEWBIES post 1, and it is blue. If that's where you found the above template, then it's the right one. If you found it elsewhere, it is not.
You can't really expect the regulars to check each word and line of what you have posted to make sure it is the correct one.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

That's fine, I was looking for help.
I was only looking for someone to confirm it for me so I could continue my appeal. I wasn't asking for anyone to check each and every line.
I thought that's what this forum was for, to get help. Like I said from the start I looked into the threads for newbies etc and there was a lot of info to look through (which I did).0 -

Then that's the way to do it.spiffyiffy wrote: »i did read on the FAQ that this is the way to do it.
Please stop asking for confirmation of information you have read in the NEWBIES thread.0 -
No need to check everything you glean from the FAQ
It's bang up to date.
As we keep advising you! (Or are you just pulling our legs with all this repetition??)0 -

No not pulling you leg; just getting confirmation.
OK that's fine thanks for your help.
I have 1 question that is mine and not from FAQ: where the machine wasn't working and not accepting any coins etc; is it worth just ringing them up and trying to pay whatever was owed for the hour or just go straight into appeal?0
