New build - Ceiling and wall cracks/board lines

Been in my persimmon home for 2 years now, but quite recently I have noticed in pretty much every room I have had to fix 5+ popped screw heads. As well as this I am noticing a lot of cracks and board lines (I think thats what they are) on my walls and ceilings in many locations.
Just sent them an email about this, but wondering what other experiences are with these sort of issues.
I suspect they'll do nothing since it's been two years, but I am questioning the workmanship with the issues being in so many locations.
Would upload a picture, but not allowed due to new user

I spent ages fixing screw holes years ago in my new build. There's still a few but I don't really see them any more - it's on my to do list at some point - been here 14 years! I don't think it's a reflection of poor workmanship in general though, it's only a minor issue for me and the filled ones haven't come back.
I've also sanded and filled a couple of uneven board lines. As you have lots, hopefully they'll address it but I don't think the NHBC (or whatever) warranty covers 'cosmetic' issues - you'll be appealing to their goodwill I think. Any neighbours with the same fault to band together and apply some pressure?0 -
Quite common as things dry out and/or settle. All (probably!) superficial and just need touching up. Part of home ownership I'd say......0

That's fine with me. Didn't really have an issue with the screws, just seemed a tad odd having all the board lines visible in a few rooms. But I can find a way to resolve that0

I will look at sanding down the board lines this weekend and see what I can do. Plan on repainting soon, so will get cracking with that first0

If they provided a better finish they would be unable to afford a £75m bonus for their chief exec. Probably a cigarette paper thicknesss of plaster and no scrim tape on the board joints.0

He has been dismissed yesterday as it was hard to justify the 75m. But thats ok the next in line will take the mantle of bonus king when dust settles.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -

It's shoddy work.0 -

He was dismissed because the controversy around it (undue imo) not because it was hard to justify. His bonus is paid in shares, it was agreed when he started years ago, the share price has since doubled, therefore as has the 'value' of his bonus.0 -
My guess is it was all built far too quick with no drying out time allowed for the structure before it was plastered.
I only ever once bought a new house and the sales agent walked round with me for a final inspection. Anything raised on that was fixed before I moved in. If these cracks have not been foxed and re decorated (or worse have been fixed and cracked again) that is the time to get it sorted.0
