Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 13 - Post your finds here

I was in boots yesterday using my free trevor sorbie vouchers & coke etc and feeling very proud of myself for being organised when I saw this bloke.
Laden with a basket, wandering round the store, opening the magazines, ripping out the voucher pages then dumping the magazine on the closest shelf, he must have opened at least 5 that I saw and I saw him at the end of his shop. He pushed me out the way to get the last trevor sorbie conditioner minature and growled as he went of!
He had loads of atm vouchers in his basked def more than one or two cards worth. Then he appears at the till beside me arguing (agressivley) with the cs that he should get his whole (full & heavy) basket for free.
He got really really nasty with the cs and I found myself hopping he wasn't from this site, hadn't seen all these posts and therfore was nothing to do with me!

I hope no-one from here would be sooo agressive for a free bottle of coke!

I have not seen ANY of the latest magazine in the 3 local Boots, maybe he (or another like him) is working his way around the country!

TBH I think it was a poor decision to put such a desirable voucher in the magazine - I would cheerfully have swapped 1 free coke voucher for most of my useless mailing vouchers eg glycopeel (sp)!

Debenhams account card holders had a mailing with various vouchers (eg £3 off WYS £30) PLUS an invitation card giving a small bottle of cava, which was only availlable on Saturday.

Mine is sitting on the table, and I shall have to hide it until New Year's Day when I start the year with a Bucks Fizz breakfast.

coke is awful , i use to always drink it, but call me crazy im sure it doesnt taste as good as it used to... boots do a nice tropical fruit drink, not too sweet, can i have one of them instead ? :beer:

hi everyone, can someone please tell me what the cheapest thing to get with the £2 off voucher? as it says doesn't work on minis.

also, ive been in 5 stores up here looking for this bl***y magazine! would any kind mse'r have any to spare? id be happy to send a sae.

im trying desperately to get my points up for the january sales. coz i did all my xmas shopping in the summer!lol

Went back to the store and got my No7 GWP that I never got last night.

Also, just thought I'd let you know that I too managed to get 2 GWP with the big bottle of P&P. SA said he didn't think it would work, so I asked him politely to try it, which he did and voila! :j

went to AC machine today and got my trevor sorbie minature voucher but it says i have to buy a full size product...any one else had this or does it work without buying the full size?????

Some are free and some you do have to buy the fill sized product to get the freebie. Just depends on the machine I think.
