Hello, Someone posted on here about boots twin pack pregnancy test being reduced to 4.99 and the going half price with health club (Sorry I cant find the post) I just went in to get some and the were 4.99 but they didnt get reduced any more after I gave the SA my advantage card. am I right in thinking that once the health club thing is activated it should work automaticly (sp)

I also got the 17 free lip liner WYB lipstick and picked up the GWP but the sa didnt even scan the voucher she gave it back to me with my reciept but I didnt notice till I got home. Do you think i could take it all back and point out the mistake?

I am also a member of the health club and my card did not make the water half price. However the Supervisor done it for me.

Yes you are correct about the Health Club discount..try ringing CS to ask if it is correctly registered on your ad card.

As for the SA not scanning the voucher for free lip gloss, just go back with everything and explain...shouldn't be a problem.

My local store (Ashton-under-lyne) were giving away lovely wooden roses attached to a sample of purfume - they were giving away all different types. I got a sample of My Insolence but I heard a girl say she got Chanel Chance, which is my fav - but didn't have the guts to go back and get another one!!

A general comment to anyone with this sort of query: Problems in this sort of situation only tend to arise when people go back without any proof/evidence of what happened, like not taking the receipt, or not taking the voucher. SA's get plenty of people trying to pull a fast one, so just make sure its obvious that you're not one of them This is especially true of ACM offers, as they vary so much between different people, that not every SA will be aware of every offer available
