ok reporting back as promised. the max factor and the 17 gwp do not scan through without buying anything, tried it on the self scan and it flashed up exceeded the limit please put item aside. makes no sense to me. i then got howked off the self scan as the sa saw me with vouchers in my hand and said i couldnt use them as crashing the system so i went to the normal tills.

    had a great bootsing outing
2 x body form packs each with a tin 99p each (why you need a tin i dont know) but can anyone confirm that the tv ad does say buy 2 packs and geet a free tin?
2 mf eye shadows £4.95 each
    mf lip gloss £6.99 ?
mf gwp ( very nice well worth it)
    17 lipstick £3.49
    lip liner £1.99
    17 gwp

i use the free lip liner voucher so i actually spent £3.49 and got the gwp :j

From the ACM machines. Have you got a Boots advantage card? Does yours give out vouchers? Maybe hang around and see whether a kind soul will let you have hers/his.

I'm new to this bootsing so please bear with me!!

I bought the 200ml p&p today on offer for £49.50, but my no7 voucher would not scan. The sa said it was probably because the serum was at the offer price.

Also i'm sure there was a free gift if you spent over £18 on no7 but i completely forgot about it until after i'd got home. Can anyone confirm this, or was it just wishful thinking on my part?

I paid for my purchases with high st gift vouchers, and as i spent over £50 i received an extra 500 points :T

So not too bad for a newbie i thought:D

Go back to the store with your reciept and ask for the free gift. They should give it to you. That's what I would do. It looks like a lovely gift. I can't wait to get my hands on one. I just hope it's worth spending £18. I wish there was a good glitch so you didn't have to spend so much.

Anyone remember the wrap glitch when you could get the wrap for £2.50 (buy 2 N7 facial suncream @£7.50 bogof - 5.00 N7 voucher = 2.50)? I konw, I'm reminiscinig again:rotfl:

Don't know if it already mentioned - but used the machine yesterday and got free hair product! No spend required. :)

Just a quick note to my fellow B-o-T Bootsters....

I have successfully managed to use a No 7 voucher and STILL get the new GWP , only paying £13 in actual money :D (in the Burton store!)

Anyone going to the new Derby store ( particularly those who think paying £9 to park is totally outrageous:eek: ) please don't forget the Park & Ride. It's only £2 all day & can be found at Pride Park (but not when Derby Co are at home, they close it then) and also at the Meteor Centre (just off A52).........HTH

I can remember some problems getting the GWP when paying with points. Does anyone know for sure?
