Spent over £30 today and remenbered to give in my double points coupon but on the way home I realised that I have a 300 points coupon for a £30 spend.

If I go in tomorrow with my receipt will they add the 300 points on for me? I know I could take it all back for a refund and start again but it was quite bulky and heavy and I would rather not carry it back.

Also a query on the points - I spent £30.34 and got 120 points. Surely that is only the normal amount - not double ?

It's because of the Dreamland blanket - items that come with extra points (the 2000 point you got in this case) don't get normal points, just the extra ones.

They used to, a few years ago, but stopped it at some point. :rolleyes:

I thought triple points was finished. But anyway, I got 80 points for £10, which would be double points, not triple. Maybe the person who was supposed to 'switch off' triple points on their tills changed them to double instead? :rotfl:

No - nothing with extra points just lots of bits and pieces totalling the £30.34 - 120 points would be correct - but although I gave her my double points coupon it looks like I did not get the double points.

The reciept states:
Double points coupon - you have used your coupon once, use it once more before 24.12.07 to get double points.
In fact I had already used it and this would have been the second use.

Think I will mention it in store - wont hurt to ask they can only say no.

Anyone know if the 17 GWP ends today? I was in one of the smaller local boots stores earlier, and there was a sheet of white card covering the display where the GWP would have been. I tried to have a quick peek behind and there seemed to be a new GWP in a nice little bag, sort of like the current no7 GWP, but unfortunatley couldn't see anything else as a nosy SA came wandering past shooting me evil looks! Made a quick exit after that.
