Quick question re: Points on online orders....
I ordered the R+M make up bags last thursday 29th... I'm owed 1065 in points for the 2 seperate orders.... not yet showing on the ACM last night or as pending points on the website Should I be worried yet? The last order I made the points were available the day the parcel arrived.

Does anyone know how long it takes for points to be added to your card?
I spent just over £50 online about 2 weeks ago, i got my stuff a week ago. I should have got 1626 points on my cards but they aren't on there yet.
Does it normally take this long to put the points onto your card or do i need to get in contact with them about it? TIA

does anyone have a £20 off £100 spend code for boots.com.I have the £10 off £75 but as I'm spending more I was hoping for more can you only use one code? or would it accept money off and extra points? i'm new to this bootsin but I'm getting hooked on mney saving

Have you put your card in one of the machines in store?
I don't think points from online shopping are added until you do this.

I don't have a card, I have been trying to get one for years. I got all these points from online purchases but they never sent me a card

My hubby put the card in the machine whilst he was out shopping today & it still says i have only £2 on it

I've only just started using boots so im unsure how all these things work.

Is the triple points still on today IN STORE. I know it is on Boots.com but I was given a leaflet in a store which says it was only on until Sunday. Am asking as I spent over £30 today but only got 12 points! Not sure whether to ring up tho as I got 2,000 points as it was a Dreamland electric blanket but with the triple points it would have been near enough free. Anybody any ideas?
