Yep! happened to me earlier on this year with a 1500 points thing. Put 1 order through to go to my mum and got the points but didn't off my order.

My points for 26th weren't showing as pending last night but are this morning, just checked before ringing CS, maybe taking abit longer with all the orders they must be getting at this time of year.
Worth checking again before ringing up!

I just noticed this in your common questions section. I've asked a few times if I can buy a phone top up with my points and have been refused. Does this apply to e-top ups?

Yesterday in Boots my friend was buying a hairdryer, and she doesn't have a boots card, do you know the cashier, said no to using my card, so i would get my friends points, so we said well no thanks then we shall buy it from somewhere else. And then went back and bought it from another cashier, has anyone else come across this? as i never have before.

The decision is whether to buy a R+M offer of the week set with points or hold on to the points for the sale

If you was to buy 3 for 2 on the R + M offer the sets would average to 15-20 each.
