Car repair done but now feels worse.

Just hope they can resolve this situation. Drove the car yesterday again. Gear doesn't seem click in to 'Reverse' like before. so when my hand touches it, it just slides into neutral. So what i am saying is the gears don't lock in properly like before.
I've also took some videos as i was told by others to keep as proof etc.

OP, do you actually have a fault? Does the car drive and change gear as it should? Are you sure how it feels is different to any other car of the same marque?
