I think the issue is the OP does not want to pay to get it fixed so yes it is relevant.0

Hi, thanks for all the replies.
update: got an email after threatening them with legal action and they’re willing to resolve the issue. Email below:
Hello,
You are welcome to take further action if you wish to do so. We believed we have carried out the task and fault at hand and you have incurred a new fault. If you would like as a final offer settlement I can get the car looked at and repaired as a good will gesture. You can let me know when you would like to drop the car off. We will need the car for 2 day to investigate and repair any/if any fault you have mentioned.
If you could let me know if you are happy for us to carry out the repair i can get you booked in.
So i hope this issue can be resolved. As my gears are not smooth to change and are very irritating.

I hope they will fix your issue but the cynic in me is wondering whether they are just taking your car in to "diagnose" that the issue is not related to previous fix.0 -
Nope not relevant. The manufacturer makes no difference, ditto the model. The OP knows how to get it fixed, they take it to the garage. They ain't happy with the fix and therein lies the problem
Of course it is relevant. It makes a difference to advice that can be given to the OP.0 -
