    I suggest going above and beyond and accepting everything and shoving it in the loft out the way and waiting until they realise what they are doing when they get charged for it. it's the only way ;-)

    Well they came around and picked up the parcel, for half a second I was going to tell them I had already returned to sender to teach them a lesson but .... I asked them very nicely to update their address and told them we are moving soon and the next tenants might not be so honest!
