    Hi I'm new to all this, But I got a letter from ncp saying I owe £60 and I didn't remember parking there and didn't get round to paying it and it got passed on to bw legal, I haven't had any letters and I phoned them today and I now have a ccj? But I didn't get any letter from a court? What should I do? I feel scammed ( I also emailed be legal asking how much the balance was and I had no reply)

    @OP

    You are dealing with an IPC company

    Read up in the newbies FAQ thread on advice when dealing with IPC companies (#1 there)

    Now your appeal was rejected further appeal to ias is futile

    Ignore everything now except a lbcca or Court correspondence

    They have 6 years to start legal action against you

    (Try a complaint to whoever contracted the PPC at the site concerned if you have grounds to do so - landowner/retailer complaints are covered in #1 of the FAQ)
