Well the day started off well but went downhill in the afternoon. I had a doctor's appointment at 11am so I worked from home beforehand - no money to spend that way :j
However, on the way to work I bought a meatballs wrap and a capuccino from Pret which cost £5+. Stupid of me, when a sandwich and a coffee from the works drinks machine would have cost about £3 . I then compounded it by spending £11.20 on a chinese home delivered food. The only good thing about it is I only had half of it and the other half will be divided into two for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. Will make sarnies for lunch and I've already got fruit and nuts in the office to nibble on.
Tomorrow will be better, I promise :AThe 365 Day 1p Challenge 2025. Member #420 -
Hello again :hello:
In addition to my spend of £6 on the train & a paper, I spent £3.08 at Morrisons - spent 99p on Rose's marmalade which was BOGOF - it's my favourite, but I've been buying supermarket own brand stuff, but the BOGOF was such a bargain I had to have it.
All budgeted spend except for the marmalade
